● All payments made to SkyBrick Agency are considered final unless otherwise stated.
● Refunds are not automatically granted and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
● Services that have been rendered, initiated, or consumed (partially or fully) are generally
non-refundable.

Real Estate Lead Generation Services

Pay-Per-Lead & Monthly Subscriptions:

● We do not offer refunds for leads that have already been delivered or accepted.
● If you receive a lead that is invalid (e.g., disconnected number, incorrect contact, not
related to real estate), you must report the issue to info@skybrickagency.com within
48 hours.
● Upon verification, invalid leads will be replaced free of charge, not refunded

Yearly Lead Generation Plan:

We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee on our yearly plan under the following conditions:
● You may request a full refund within 60 days of purchase.
● The refund is valid only if you have used no more than 25% of your yearly lead
allocation.
● Refunds beyond the 60-day period will not be considered.
● All refund requests must be submitted via email with your Order ID, email address, and
a brief explanation.

Note: The 60-day guarantee applies only to the Yearly Plan, not to monthly subscriptions or
Pay-Per-Lead options.

 Digital Marketing Services

● Once your marketing campaign has been launched or content/ads have been prepared,
the service is considered non-refundable.
● If you decide to cancel before campaign kickoff, you may request a partial refund,
excluding any setup or consultation charges.
● Any third-party ad spend (e.g., Facebook, Google) is not refundable by SkyBrick
Agency.

Virtual Assistant (VA) Services

● VA services are billed monthly in advance.
● No refunds are provided once the month begins.
● If you are unsatisfied due to poor service or communication issues, we may offer a
replacement VA or provide service credit for unused days, based on your request and
issue severity.

Website Development Services

● A 50% advance is required to begin any website project.
● This advance is non-refundable once development work has started.
● If you cancel before work begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting
consultation and planning time.
● Once the website is delivered or marked completed, no refunds will be issued.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:
1. Email info@skybrickagency.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your
Service Name]”
2. Include your full name, email used for purchase, payment reference/transaction ID, and
reason for the request.
3. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the issue or delivery.
Our support team will review your request within 5–7 business days, and notify you of the
decision.

Chargebacks and Dispute Policy

● Filing a chargeback without prior communication with our support team is a violation of
this policy.
● We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized
chargebacks.
● Legal action may be pursued if fraud or misuse is detected.
